Folks is one of the best, if not the best, pizza spots in Orange County. I've seen complaints about wait times and price, but honestly, both are not important to me when it comes to food. I've never had an issue with service, but the wait is definitely long if you do not have a reservation. It is a smaller spot and has become quite popular over the last year, so I think you should expect a long wait. I've gone here quite a few times over the years and it has never been less than stellar pizza. I've gotten many different kinds and enjoyed every single one of them. The Caesar salad is also something to shout out - it is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys artisan pizza, or just enjoys pizza in general. The food is amazing and I love the atmosphere and wine selections as well. Enjoy the food and don't get caught up in wait times!

Came here on a Wednesday night. Place was packed so I knew it was good. Sat down and tried two different pizzas, the Cesar salad, and the wings. Amazing food all around and some of the best pizza I’ve had in the oc area. Can’t wait to come back when I get a pizza craving.

The food - arancini, pizza, but most especially, the chopped salad was overly salted. The chopped salad was virtually inedible and we managed just a few bites of the large portion they served. In hindsight, I could've taken it home and used as a crostini topping or something. The arancino was the best of the three savory dishes. But the budino was delicious - that saved the meal. Service was ok. Our waiter briefly disappeared, to be replaced by someone else. But then he came back at the end.

Great pizza. The ingredients are great but for me, the dough is the star. We also got the meatball and caesar salad appetizers. Really great taste and presentation. You gotta try it.

Best pizza in Orange County. Best Caesar salad on Earth. Sourdough pizza with that perfect combo or crunch and chew. The Caesar salad is huge and the dressing is packed with umami. Would eat here every night if I could.

Wow! The best new pizza place in Orange County. Make a reservation unless you don’t mind waiting. We came on a weds night and the place was packed with a line of people. Order the Caesar salad and the meat balls as an appetizer/ starter. They are both incredible. We came as a group of three and we’re all blown away at how amazing all the food was. We also ordered 2 pizzas and it was too much food for us to finish so we took some slices home ( couldn’t let any of it go to waste).

Overall, pretty solid. Really loved the pizza, but the salads and wings were just ok and very overpriced. We ordered one pizza, two salads, and two orders of wings and it was $115. Ten small wings were $20 an order. Next time I’d come back and order 2 pizzas for $50 and call it a day.

The food was great here, I literally overstuffed myself happily here. The arancini is a must, absolutely delicious, and you will not regret it. Had the soppreseta pizza was rich but tasty. I'm excited to try other pies. Had the meatballs they were good too, but it was way too much. I took a star down because food literally all came together when it's good to stagger appetizers from entrées. Wine selection was alright. There were lots of varieties. If possible, try before you order a full glass. Ordered the cheesecake and it was creamy and good. Would absolutely come back and try one of those massive salads I saw people eating.
